🧠 90% of classified military AI has left Anthropic

Emil Michael, Under Secretary of Defense for Research and Engineering, said roughly 90% of classified military AI workloads have migrated off Anthropic, with completion targeted by month's end.

Palantir's Maven Smart System transitioned months ago, and DoD now runs a multi-model mix after rejecting Anthropic's contract limits covering mass surveillance and fully autonomous lethal systems.

Anthropic remains a designated supply chain risk and the dispute sits before the D.C. Circuit, with a decision expected in the next one to two months.

Sea Machines Robotics won a five-year indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity contract to supply US Special Operations Forces with commercial, non-developmental autonomy kits at technology readiness level 9.

Ukraine's Navy says its Sargan 3000 uncrewed surface vessel destroyed a Russian drone boat in the Black Sea using a Kongsberg Protector 12.7mm remote weapon station.
