Partners must also support consumer research, tasting panels, and FDA Generally Recognized as Safe (GRAS) product prototyping.
The strategic driver is supply chain resilience. Manufacturing nutrition locally at the front would reduce the logistical burden of sustaining forward-deployed forces, particularly in contested or isolated operating environments where resupply is vulnerable to interdiction.
